Trust, Belief and Faith

Trusting and believing in a person leads to having faith in that person.

It's NOT possible to have faith in someone you neither trust or believe.

It requires time to grow to trusting and believing a person.
Their talk must match their walk. Should you detect that person
can't be fully trusted, this brings a degree a doubt, and trust can't be
built within doubt.

A person's reputation and character coupled with their actions and speech are just a few
relevant factors to determine if a person is worthy of your trust and can can be believed.

You feel completely confident in a person you trust.

A person you believe in is a person you can place your full acceptance in what they say, their character, morals and values.

Placing your FAITH is a step beyond believing and trusting.

Faith exists without concrete evidence physical evidence, per se.
Not all evidence can't be touched, seen or presented in court to be cross-
examined or even studied under a microscope.

Faith is a matter of the heart and spirit.
And, like your spirit, it's intangible, but it's very real.

Putting your faith in a person is placing your total (heart, mind and soul) acceptance, trust and belief in that person.

Jesus is worthy of being trusted and believed.
But more so, he's the One whom you can place your faith.


Why? Because He gave his life for your soul.
He cares for you that much to have died for you so that the real you,
your spirit, that part of you which will never cease, can live in a heavenly home after His return.

Jesus has paid the just penalty for the sins you and I have committed against a Holy God.

Yes, we should have to pay for our sins, but thank the Lord, because of his love for you and I, on the Cross of Calvary He's paid our sin-debt in full.
A person is saved from having to pay their sin debt when they accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
Yes, Jesus is faithful. He's worthy of being trusted and believed.


To be in the good graces with God the Father, God the Son must be your Lord and Savior.
The way to get Jesus into your life is by faith.
When you open your heart to invite Him into your life by faith, you can then say you need him, you believe what he did for you on the Cross, and you trust him to lead your life as Lord of your life.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Jesus is God in the flesh-He came to do what had to be done concerning the spiritual matter of sin, removing the separation between Man, Woman, Child and God, so anyone desiring to move from double and death to spiritual Life and an eternal inheritance.

Sin separates us from God, but God made a Way.

Jesus brings those saved from sin into the family and kingdom of God.               

God never reneges on any of His promises to us.

He who has the Son, has the best gift from God.

The best is yet to come for those in Christ.

When you accept the gift of Jesus by faith, you step into receiving of the bountiful and lavish gratuity of God's loving charity which has no expiration. Take the leap of faith!


Answer for yourself these questions.....

Do you know that because of your sins, you're an enemy of God and deserve to pay the penalty with your life?

Jesus paid the penalty you owe for your sins. But when you accept him by faith into your life and heart, and believe who he is and what he did for you, you're pardoned from the penalty you owe from your disobedience and sinning against a holy, righteous and just God.

 Do you want to know Jesus personally? 

 If so, then seek him and he can be found. Open your heart and study of his life in the Bible and
 inquire of someone whom you can trust to point you to him? He will reveal himself to you if you earnestly seek him.

Are you a sinner saved by grace or a sinner in enmity with God?

God's gift is life and peace and joy. God's gifts are promises for those in his Kingdom to enjoy. Jesus is the way to the Kingdom of God. Without inviting Jesus into your heart and life, you're already walking dead with no hope for the future. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Light. 

No need to fear. God is here.

With all the turmoil and unrest looming about the whole world, I've been needing
to lean on some words of comfort, like, "fear not".

No need to be afraid

And where might I find these words of comfort?

Nowhere else but in my Bible.

And I find the words and the meaning to not fear scattered all throughout it's pages.
 Especially in the Old Testament and 5 books of the New Testament.

God must want me to know I needn't not worry myself.

I must have faith and trust and believe God at His Word. He has no reason to tell lies.
God is faithful. In Him I can believe. He gave His Word for me.

"Fear, you are on notice. You are no longer needed or welcome anywhere near me,
so out the door you go and don't bother coming back.  I choose to fear not. I choose to
put my hope and my all in the one who is mighty. My soul and heart and my mind are
firmly planted in God's Word and in His might.   Thank you Lord for doing everything
for me. For giving me victory through you. For saving me and giving me hope and a
future in heaven.  In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

God can emphatically be trusted without fail.

A fool & his/her heart

The saying, 'always trust in your heart, it will never lead you wrong.'
I'm sorry, but to believe that saying will lead you wrong.
So, if you can't trust your heart, what can you trust? I'll answer that later in this posting.

Trust in someone you can totally rely upon and who loves you

You must first know what condition your heart is in, in order to even think about trusting it. Out of the Book of the Word of God, which is penned by men who were inspired of the Holy Spirit, (I Timothy 3:16) there are just a few references to the heart which bring up the condition of the heart and questioning it's validity to be trusted.

Would you trust the heart of a fool?  Proverbs 22:15 reads, 'foolishness is bound in the heart of a child.' And if this child is not corrected, he/she will grow up to be an adult with foolishness in his/her heart and will then have no room or patience to know the Truth or have any time to consider the sin in their life. This foolish person will mock the things of God and continue about their foolish ways thinking that they know what's right, but unbeknownst, their ways ultimately will lead them to death. This is from Proverbs 14:9 and 12, and Ecclesiastes 9:3, and this scripture also states evil and madness is full in the hearts of the sons of men.  This says if you're not saved, you are the son of man, meaning from Adam who sinned, so your heart is sinful, but if you give your heart to the Lord, you change spiritually and become a child of God and your sins are forgiven because they will be transferred to the Lord, and it was He who died in your place, thus paying your entire sin penalty.

Spiritual death is the second and worse death imaginable and God so desires none to choose this death. (John 3: 16) Our mortal bodies will die, but the spirit will continue in life or death and the difference is in or out of the presence of God.

But the heart which seeks after God, (Romans 10:9-10) is a heart which believes unto righteousness.

But until then, the heart and mind are enemies against God. (Romans 5:10), therefore, foolish, and, therefore if you're trusting in a foolish heart I would even go as far to say you're placing your trust in that which is foolishness and not in the will of God. Remember, idolatry has it's roots internally, in the heart.

Check this- the 7th chapter of Ecclesiastes, verse 9 tells one of the characteristics of a fool is they're angered quickly and this is because anger resides in their heart.  This chapter in Ecclesiastes it's full of wisdom concerning fools and foolishness.  (It is the author's opinion that anger resides in the heart because it is not at peace with God, and until then, that anger is set to erupt quickly at the slightest thing).

 Five things concerning a fool.

More wisdom on dealing with a fool.

What IS right and what IS wrong?  Don't be fooled or foolish or deceived. Anything under the sun can be used to lead or be used to make a person not come to the saving grace of Jesus.  Until then, if you continue to believe the lie devised by the master deceiver and father of lies, that would be foolish since that's choosing spiritual death.

A little about a fool, his/her temper  and arrogance.

The constant dilemma between your 'two' hearts.( physical vs, spiritual)

Your heart condition is up to you- be at peace or at enmity with God

Question- How do I know if I'm at peace with God?
Answer-Read this and you will know. 

Question, would you more likely trust your heart if it's condition is enmity with God,
or, if it's condition is at peace with God?
Answer- at peace with God

Whom can you place your trust in all situations?
Answer- God.  Short sermon on trusting God. 

Whom can you trust you heart with every time?
Answer- God.  So delight in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. 

A foolish heart would choose to miss out of such goodness.


Question- Who would you say has more intelligent and wisdom,  God or scientists?
 Answer-  Scientists can be fools, too.


Bottom line-
 I'd say it's the most safest and wisest things to choose to trust your heart to God, the 'always faithful' One and boot that ole foolish heart and it's foolishness out the window for good.

God made your heart the most important, critical and valuable organ in which you have. You must place extreme importance and care of your heart condition- here's why.
