Free-will to mock, but ultimately not good

Look at these images and signs pro-choicers had exhibited mocking and being outright blatant against God, Jesus, and the sanctity of life.  Granted, God gave us a free-will, but that same loving God gave us life to live in the confines of our 'flesh and bone bodies'. But. He has also offered a free to all souls, the gift of everlasting life through his Son. God extends his love to all who are accepting of his Son. God is Spirit and Man was created in His image to live forever. The gift is for your well-being now and the time yet to come. Who else has offered such a wonderful gift of that magnitude? And for doing so, God does not deserve to be mocked.

The exercise of free-will against God will not go un-rebuked. God will not be mocked.   Here are some verses pertaining 'mocking God'.   But in God's infinite wisdom, I have to believe that He allows people to have their way now because their hearts are so hardened against Him, but the day is coming when all those who willfully chose to be in violation against His Laws, the evidence will be unquestionably overwhelming, and, the consequences henceforth rightly due.

We all started this very same way.


Man has come up with laws for himself granting himself the okay to legally put an end the growing life inside the protective and warm, womb of a Mother.  Pro-choice advocates have boldly voiced that the God-created, innocent life is at the mercy of the Mother. She has the control and she can choose to allow the growing baby within her womb to live, or end her baby's future by having it expelled and it's life ended.

The sign, 'If Mary had had an abortion, we wouldn't be in this mess,' mocks God. God's ways
are far above man's ways. To say God made a mistake so Man wouldn't have to fight to object to His design is absurd foolish. To make a mockery of God brings judgement upon your self.

Here are some scripture showing the vast difference between God's ways and Man's ways .
Never mind she's been extended the blessings of life. Never mind she didn't make the miracle of life growing within her. Never mind God created her body for bearing a child for the generations of mankind to continue. Never mind God created Man and Woman so they could go forth and multiply, no go forth and treat new life to be thrown out as dirty dishwater.  Never mind all humans have their start of life when the mix of DNA from an egg and sperm are united and the miracle takes place of dividing and growing cells with the breath of life passed on from the first man which God created in His image. For a set time, new life is nourished within the safe, living incubator of their Mother's womb.

Aborted babies have souls and God has a place for these innocent souls. The soul of Man will reside somewhere forever. That is God's design.

His design can't be changed. God's Laws are higher than Man's laws and will never end. Man can make laws to appease his sinful desires.

It matters what you do and think in this life. Because on the Day of Judgement,  every man and woman that lived to the age of accountability whose sins were not forgiven through the precious blood of Jesus, will have to answer for what they did on Earth.

The Righteous Judge will be fairer than' the fairest of them all'  because you will judged based upon the Word of the Living God, which is Holy and Truth.

You will be face-to-face with the God of all creation and your sentence will be righteously so and forever.   So, would it be wise to know and follow the Word and honor precious life or pursue the wishes of men who don't recognize the wrongness and the lasting repercussions from choices of sinfulness.

If Jesus had not come to us, birthed to a chosen, young virgin woman, named Mary, and thirty-three years later die to be our Savior because of our violations against God, we would have no hope of anything but death because of our sins. Mary who was chosen by God to bear the Christ Child, Jesus walked this Earth, ministered, and at the appointed time, he offered his life as a sacrifice as payment for the sins of each man, woman and child.  Him being the 'Sacrificial Lamb' defeated the curse of death we had upon us, and through him we can return to the good graces and fellowship with God. Because of Jesus we have assured hope and a future much better  to look forward to. Without him, this life is as good as it will ever get without hope or chance for reconciliation with God.

Thank God he sent Jesus to be born and become our Saving Grace.

Hear others tell how they found 'The Key', Part 1

 I've been thinking a lot about what God provides.

And, I've been thinking why people don't want what God provides.

Perhaps it's because they haven't really heard the 'Good News' in a way that will pierce through their thicken skulls.  (Yep, some of us have pretty impenetrable skulls).  God's had your back all this time, So, why reject the only One who's been nothing but good, loving, patient, and caring for you?

Unless you hear, you might not ever know. And, if you don't ever know, you'll likely completely  miss something that's too darn good to miss.

Every person is searching and needing to fill the space God created within your being. And that space can only be satisfied with God. Most people are looking in the wrong place by trying to fill that longing, that void with work, or games, or music, or family, or anything. Sure, it may satisfy for a while, but soon, that thing or person you'll soon discover is not 'the answer', and if you're not introduced to what is truly meant to fill that void for good, many miss out, give up,  and live a miserable existence.  So, I thought hearing a variety of people tell their story, might help pierce though a thick skull and lay some seed... some real, needed spiritual seed in your mind, heart...and most importantly, your soul.

I came across the videos below-- the names and personalities of some you may have heard of, and some you may not.   Listen to them tell first-hand how they came to reach out and God was there to provide what they had been searching and longing to find.

 In each video, listen to each personality describe something very different, something unique and special, which if you listen, might crack through a thick skull and hardened heart.

 God is AMAZING! His grace, His mercy and His Love through His SON will fill that empty void yearning to be filled like you can't believe. 

 No matter where you came from, what your background, what you've done in the past, what sort of job or occupation you have, your status, or how much money you earn, the most critical, the most God-unbelieving person is searching for something which cannot be satisfied to the depth, width and height that Jesus can. He can satisfy the longing of your soul and turn your life around to something brand new. Yep, sounds unbelievable, but true. Jesus is it!

 If you're bored, and that void is getting bigger and bigger in your life, and nothing you've tried seems to  stick or satisfy....it's because the one key designed to turn the lock and be opened is through Jesus. He's 'key' to all that is life.  I pray YOU see that you can have the same deep-down-to-your-core fulfilling victory in your life that each of the personalities in the above videos have come to know.

From my experience, life so much better in every way compared to the person I was before I invited Jesus into my heart and life. My thick skull was finally penetrated with the Word of God and I'm so grateful before it was too late, to have my ears opened and heard God's Truth.

 LISTEN....His 'knock' is warm and gentle, patiently waiting for you to realize He is' The Key' that will open up all which you need that has lasting for a satisfying life.  Everything else is temporary and fleeting so it can never give you lasting joy.  Invite Him into your heart and life and start the journey of LIFE which promises so much better.

Angelic assignments

Twice in my life I've had vivid experiences with angels. Well, actually three times.

My life and my brother's life were spared from a collision with a 'drunken' driver. I can't say for sure that the driver of the oncoming vehicle was drunk or what, but headlights were swerving back and forth across the lanes and coming right toward us. I was driving my VW bus which doesn't have an engine in front to absorb any impact to the driver or front seat passenger. My brother was the passenger, and we must have been driving to an out-of-town hospital for his medical treatment. Why we decided to take the trip at night, I can't recall, perhaps to arrive early and beat morning traffic. But with oncoming headlights swerving back and forth across the lanes, I had only seconds to react,  I remember deciding that I couldn't risk swerving off the shoulder because a VW bus, while getting great gas mileage and had tons of room inside, is prone to flipping being it's center of gravity is high off the ground. And it was dark on that two lane road between cities. I decided to brace for the impact by holding tightly to the steering wheel and I probably said out loud, 'Hold on.' as my brother was looking, too.

But the impact never came, Nothing happened.  I had stopped by now, still in our lane. The oncoming lights had gotten so close and I was sure we were gonna have a head-on collision, but it never came. We were okay, thank God.  It was as if the lights went through us. No other vehicles were on the road. You can see headlights or tail lights for a distance in the dark,  but the road in front and behind was completely dark. Nothing. The vehicle was gone, vanished. We both looked at each other. It couldn't have turned off the road that fast or gotten behind anything. I started driving again, continuing on, very glad the collision never happened. I was happy my guardian angel and my brother's were present and on the job, otherwise we both could've been very seriously injured that night.

 My second very real experience with angels was the night my brother was taken at his death. When I was young, I remember at my Grandparent's, gazing a long time at a painting of an angel protecting children as they crossed a bridge. I since found this image on a wooden plaque, torn, but still the image.

Most likely my guardian angel has been busy on a daily basis keeping me safe from harm and guiding me without my knowing she's on constant watch.
 Without a doubt, I knew the presence of angels about me and my brother and experienced their super-angelic capabilities.

My1977-78 Champagne Edition VW was the first vehicle I owned. She was purchased in the Denver. Colorado area and with the help of my Dad, I got it financed through the FAA Western Federal Credit Union. (Funny, I can't remember what I called her). Anyway, her first of many trips she transported me and friends was from Colorado back to Cherry Point, N. Carolina, where I was stationed at the time. Her compartment and seating was adequately roomy enough for loading whatever luggage and friends into and hittin' the road on weekends for exploring whatever new and exciting place we could find from D.C. to Florida.

After I'd gotten out of the service and was in college, another VW memorable trip started in Waterloo, Iowa. That 1000 mile trip was to move my girlfriend lock, stock and barrel to Texas. Again, the roomy compartment came in quite handy adequately holding all her belongings. I think I took the middle seat out for more open roominess. We made the trip stopping only for brief breaks to stretch, make bathroom pit-stops or to eat. The trip was fine, but I do remember when we reached Houston, it was nighttime and the highways looked like they were looped on top of each other- I'd never seen so many layers of highways on top of highways. With me driving if I got in the wrong lane and missed a turn, it wasn't gonna be easy getting back on the right highway in all that spaghetti- mess.  We made it to our destination without getting lost. But the surprise of the trip came the next morning. From the house where we met friends in Katy, just outside Houston,  I drove not even half-a-mile on a level residential street to the bank. When I turned into the bank parking lot, the clutch cable broke! Had that happened on any of the stacked Houston highways, we might have made the morning headline news, 'out of town VW bus without brakes, driver loses control and crashes'. I was so thankful we were protected and the cable didn't break on any highway while on our trip. No doubt my angel again performed her duties well. And, my friend is still resides in Texas as does her children and grandchildren.

 I can't recall the exact year, but sometime around 1993, due to an unresolvable exhaust malady. I retired her to pasture. She sits in the yard at a dear friend's who wanted her, and she's in the company of other retired vehicles in that country yard. She's retired from travel but still in service by being the storage facility for chicken feed, horse feed and various tools. Her large sunroof isn't any longer opened and closed, her motor is silent and still, but her sliding door and adequately roomy enough compartment is still loaded.  Whenever I go to visit, I glance over and see her and a smile rushes over me remembering the many good times and places spent traveling in her.

 Out of respect, I'm abstaining from snapping a picture in her retired condition. But I found a link with photos of two Champagne Edition VW buses. Will God Heal our Land? Markers & Signs

I was talking with a friend who's very concerned about the condition of our country,-the spiritual condition of our Land, and having questions as to weather God will heal it. Spiritually, we are grieving as we see a steep decline in godly principles occurring day-by-day across our Land.

The Bible states if we pray, repent and turn from our evil ways, He will hear us and heal our Land. Check our this blog entry I found on the recipe for God to heal our land.

Christians are to live by faith and trust in the Lord. We earnestly desire God to grant our prayer requests, but we also know God's plan is for us to spread the gospel and not to love the things of this world.

 We're torn. We want our children and grandchildren to live in a country governed by morals and standards our forefathers were wise to see came from the Bible. America is spinning downward into a Land of people who care less and less about living according to what's pleasing to God and more about what's pleasing to the flesh and sinful lifestyles according to the Holy Word of God.

Christians are witnessing the rampantly continual moral decay from sea to shining sea spreading and from the top downwards in conjunction with other signs indicating we're in the last days.

Affirmative action- read the Bible to know His Word to feed your spirit and soul with wisdom and truth, and diligently seek the Lord to follow Him and not be lead astray. And pray without ceasing.

We don't need to fear anything of the future. Continue to do what the Bible says in preparation of what's to come.


Question- If we pray, repent, turn from sin, and seek the Lord, will God heal our land?

I don't claim to know all the answers, but I do believe Christians are to continue to pray, continue to spread the gospel and continue to trust in the Lord.  We must leave 'healing our Land' in his hands, in his timing, in his will.            (Land includes the entire Earth, not just one country)


May all Christians be filled with the fullness of God in these last days and many more be added to the Kingdom daily.

Inevitable

I caught myself worrying.What I was worrying about is inevitably going to transpire as it's been foretold long ago. So.... there's no reason to worry about what's inevitably going to happen.

Actually, it's good news! Knowing there's no way to change what is meant to happen, now we can sit back and witness history unfold. It's like knowing what the crystal ball is going to reveal. It's like being able to look into the future and know what tomorrow and the next day and the next are leading up to. Pretty cool to already know what's coming before it gets here. Now, the days have a sort of different tone to them when I see the headlines in the news. It's inevitable for recent and not so recent happenings to transpired and take shape as they have around the world. Specifically, to the Nation of Israel, things have seemingly taking a 'turn for the worse'. It's incredible that it was foretold that one generation after Israel became a Nation in 1945,  things would begin to happen. A generation is between 40 to 70 years.  

God is teaching the world a lesson through the Hebrew people. But the world keeps failing to learn the lesson. Are we dumb or what?  Inevitable, the definition of this word means- it is going to happen and nothing can prevent it from coming to pass. No amount of worry, or humanly effort, or pleading with God, nor could all the scientists with access to all the money in the world make one  alteration of any sort to what inevitably is going to happen. It's God's plan and nothing can alter His perfect plan.

 Never has God failed His people. Once He makes a promise, it's a promise. Over and over throughout history He saved them time again and again from their enemies until they refused to believe the prophets and repent of their sins. But the Nation of Israel is still divinely under God's protection while surrounded by their enemies on three sides in the Middle East. You can't ignore that fact. God can take a boy and defeat a giant. God can take a handful of men and defeat an army. God can make a donkey tell a man how stupid he is. God can make the enemy confused and turn on themselves. God can do whatever, whenever to whoever, with the sun, the moon, the wind, the sea, creatures, and animals in that group because He controls it all. He is GOD Almighty!

Events are unfolding as they are supposed to unfold right on schedule.  The leaders of the Nations of the world are all playing their role in this thing called, 'the inevitable'. How do they know their part to play, and when to play their character role? That's the beauty of how God's creative design for how He's designed 'this inevitable' to play out. This has been in the works from the beginning, way before our time.  It's too monumental for mere mortals to comprehend. This is His purposed plan for all things to occur as He's designed it from the beginning.

When something is beyond your control, really, the only thing to do is proceed onward with your life while maintaining and continuing to do what you know is 'right' and 'just'.
Also, to the best of your ability, do what will ensure you'll be on the 'up side' at the conclusion of this inevitable play-out by remaining faithful, diligent, and of service to Our Lord. Never lose heart.
And how and why might you go about that? Easy, seek God and His Kingdom and his righteousness. For He will never leave you nor forsake you no matter what. His love is without limits or bounds and He loves you with a love that is beyond the stars. He sent His Son, Jesus for this reason. Take a hold of His Son, and feel the peace and love which is what God made for you to desire. Un-harden your heart for a minute to let him in. God is always extending his welcome to you, and is patiently waiting for you to accept his Love. For once, cast-off that demon wanting you to reject your Savior. For once, open the Word of God and ask to be shown the Truth and to make your heart receptive to receive the Truth of the Gospel, and follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit. This will be the most important things you can ever do. It's easy but it's a big step, and the Holy Spirit will be beside you to hold, protect and love you. Jesus came for and died for You!  Then, being a spiritual newborn babe, get under the guidance of a mature Christian to help guide you along in your walk, relationship, and continued learning for wisdom and knowledge in you life as a child of the true and living God. Let His Word be your sustenance and model to live by.

Future happenings will keep presenting themselves and may appear dark and disheartening even to some believers. But to most, they'll most likely be 'blind and oblivious' to the inevitable changes and happenings around them. But you can be 'in-the-know' and not of that crowd.

Just knowing the Lord is in control makes experiencing and witnessing changes I see around me less of a stress and a whole lot easier to take in, but most of all, to not worry and put my faith and trust in the One who owns the future, as the inevitable plot thickens and gets closer and closer to a crescendo!

It's going to get topsy-turvy in a lot of ways, but worry not for one second with our Heavenly Father in full control of every single leaf that falls, every single hair on your head, every single occurrence which happens in every nook, mountain, plain, town and city on his Earth. Nothing, not one iota for one second escapes the control of God Almighty!

If God be for me, then there is not one thing to worry about. Jesus died, but lives today! Jesus came so we can have life, and abundant life. The inevitable is all good for those who know what's in store and what must occur. The world is the Lord's and all glory, honor and praise rightfully belongs only to him. Inevitably, all shall know Jesus IS Lord.

P.S. Man has no idea how far Almighty extends. We can only imagine that what God can touch, see, know, influence, affect, and control goes and goes and goes, on and on and on without any limits in any direction whatsoever. God is Great! God is Good! God is Sovereign! God is Divine! God is Holy! God is Spirit! God is creator! God is Love! God is Wisdom! God is Almighty! God always was and always will be THE GREAT I AM!

Prayers answered- Mahala's recovery is a miracle!

Last month I was compelled to write about a brave young lady named Malala.  She already had been for years standing firm and strong for the rights of females to be free to pursue an education.

She is strong alright, and blessed in more ways than one.

Last month she has was targeted to be stopped and killed, but today she is recovering with the ideal  medical attention she's been receiving, but, I think more so for all the prayers from around the world that have been sent up to heaven in her behalf.

I really believe her remarkable recovery is nothing but a miracle!  She was shot in the head, but she continues to improve and her recovery is very optimistic! And it looks she's suffered no nerve damage- that is a miracle!
Thank you, God!

Now I pray,  'Dear Lord God, thank you for having a ear to hear and answer the millions of prayers for the healing of Malala. Please continue to seep her in your protective and healing arms. Bless her and her family and all who stand with her in her mission on Earth. May you see that she remains strong of body and mind for a long time. In Jesus's name, AMEN.

Predictions and prophecy foretelling

Predictions and foretelling by Old Testament prophets centuries before something comes true has
got to make you think they knew something, or perhaps they we getting 'inside info'. Prophets of the Old Testament has to have their messages and predictions absolutely right-on point or they'd be called a liar and stoned to death or thrown to the lions.   Real prophets heard from God.

So, when multiple prophets got a word from God and foretold of something and it came to be just as they foretold it would, the odds and probability become mathematically astronomical in light of the number of prophesies made about the coming the Messiah by many of the Old Testament prophets. The prophets were spread out over time, so they could not gather to conspire or fabricate their predictions. And even if they did, there's no way all that was prophesized could humanly happen and come about by one man. But wait! There's something at work here that is far beyond human reasoning.  The prophets each heard from God and recorded their prophesies in the Bible. We can read them and also read the New Testament, written by entirely different men, telling of the life of Jesus, many through eye-witnesses, so it wasn't made up. It's a fact that Jesus lived and a secular historian named Thallus wrote about him.

The odds and probability a dozen or 40 or a hundred of the prophecies written about Jesus ever happening as told and recorded by different men over centuries is more than astronomical.  There were eye-witnesses to many prophesies. The fact of just a dozen predictions coming true in one man is overwhelming-- Jesus, the Messiah, the Son of God are one in the same.  The odds are out of this world, but none-the-less. Jesus fulfilled them.

Jesus beat the odds and thereby leaves no question to his position and divinity. He is who he says he is. Period. 

One reason for the Bible being 'penned' by many men is to show us something.
If one man wrote something and it came true, we might think that was just a lucky guess.
But when many men wrote many things centuries in advance, and it comes true, theres' no way these men conspired or spoke to each other or worked out any circumstances to make all their predictions to come to pass. They wrote them down and there was no changing them later. So when all they
wrote was fulfilled, then it had to be a God thing.



Here's a link to different sites all describing the odds of Jesus fulfilling all the prophets foretold of the Messiah, yet to come. They prophesied on his name, how he'd be born, where, and about his
life, how he'd be sold for the number of silver coins, how he'd die, everything long before Jesus was born to Mary. Jesus fulfilled them all, every single prophesy.
The odds are absolutely astronomical, even for a mathematician. This can't be argued, only taken as
only being made possible by God.

The prophets wrote what was told to them by God. And at the right time, God sent His Son.
This is our sign. Jesus is "The One" the world has been waiting for. He was announced in the
Old Testament and because all that was said about him, has been fulfilled, it can be none other than Jesus, the Son of God, who came to free us from our sins. He conquered the enemy,  who is the devil, and has made a way for us to all be free and have life everlasting. He is our Savior, our Lord and
our Messiah. He came to be the sacrificial Lamb for the world and by his blood being sacrificed, all can have their sins forgiven and be redeemed unto God.

The Old Testament tells that their must be a shedding of blood from a blemish less animal to make
restitution for sins. That was done with animal sacrifices until the Messiah. But the people thought their Savior would come to rescue them from bondage from Egypt and the Romans. Jesus came to rescue Man from spiritual death.  On Earth is temporary, The spirit is eternal. When you accept Jesus to be your Lord and Savior, you're stepping into the realm of God and acting on faith. God is Spirit. Trusting Him takes an act of faith to believe in something you can't see. But without faith, you can't please God.

The odds tell that it's impossible for a person to come on the scene and be born just as predicted in the place and time just as predicted, to the parents just as predicted, and so on and so on. But that person is no ordinary person. That person walked on Earth as a man in order to fulfill the requirements so our sins could be forgiven. That person died for you. That person is now in heaven until God sends him back for those who've accepted the Truth about the Savior and Messiah.

Jesus is the only one who can keep you our of Hell.  Satan wants you 'in,' but Jesus wants you 'out'.

No matter how unbelievable and not possible the odds are for fulfilling every prophesy made years in advance, even with all the zeroes-----Jesus still beat the astronomical odds and fulfilled every last
dot and crossed every last 't' of what was to be of his coming.

It's a God thang. Only God could pull off something what was foretold a long time ago and make it all come to pass just as it was written. And I thank God that he did.

For Jesus just fulfilling only 8 prophesies, the calculated odds looks like this ----

The probability of one person fulfilling 48 prophesies is 10 to the 157 power. But Jesus fulfilled more than that.

The odds or probability that one person could fulfill over 350 predictions/prophecies told centuries in advance is astronomical.  But Jesus did! This should shut the mouths and settle any doubt of anyone thinking Jesus is not the Messiah, the Son of God, the Savior of Man. Jesus was sent from heaven to save us from the power which Satan has over us because of sin. Jesus came to die in our place as the satisfactory once-and-for-all sacrifice, settling our sin debt neither of us can pay. Because of Jesus, we can be redeemed and have right standing before God. Jesus came to save that part of which will never die, your spirit. Accepting Jesus into your heart, by faith, is your second birth, making you saved and being adopted into God’s family.

All that was foretold of the Messiah to the prophets was from God. No person could beat these astronomical odds and fulfill them all, except God himself, in fleshly form, in the person of Jesus.
 
This proves God’s Holy Word, from cover to cover to be true and can be trusted. God is all knowing, His Spirit can inspire men to write that which they knew nothing about, and nothing is out of His reach or control. His Word endures and endures. Awesome!


No man, no other book, no other religion has this kind of proof that can stand up to these odds.
